Look at images carefully. Crack looking lines, fractures looking lines are common and normal in natural crystals. Those lines don't mean are broken lines. They are natural. Parts of the item might be uneven, unpolished, not smoothed, dents, rustic and may have inclusions..etc. Those things are very common in natural stones. Imperfections are very normal in these types of products.

The transaction and item are great but it could be awesome if they were buffed to make them shiner. The stones came in great shape but were a little bit dull looking and a bit shiner would be elegant. Thank you.
